Who doesn’t love cereal?? It is one of my favorite food groups. Yes, I said food groups. Cereal is comfort food. I am always looking for ways to make cereal healthier. So today I bring you my breakfast bowl recipe and it is what I am eating for dinner.

You could use store-bought almond milk but to make it truly raw vegan you will need to make your own almond milk. Here is a great tutorial from Minimalist Baker

To make your breakfast bowl you will need:

Fruit- apple, pear, bananas, berries, etc..
Toppings- chia seeds, shredded coconut, raw vegan buckwheat cereral (soaked, sprouted and dehydrated- it becomes crispy like a cereal should be).
Almond milk

Choose your fruit. Dice and slice and put into your bowl. Top with toppings and almond milk. That’s it. It is super delicious!!!
