1 Young Thai Coconut – the water and meat
½ lemon- peel included
1 inch nub of ginger peel included
2 cups of greens
2 tbsps of spirulina
2 frozen bananas
1/5-2 cups of frozen mango

Put all ingredients in blender except bananas and mangoes. Blend until smooth. Add frozen fruit and add water if needed to blend.

Makes 2 qts.
