1 cup of almonds soaked overnight
3 cups of water

Blend soaked almonds with water and then strain through a nut milk bag.

Put strained nut milk back into blender container and add:

6-8 pitted medjool dates (if they are not soft then soak for at least 30 minutes in warm water. If they are on the small side use 8 or more, if large then use 6 and adjust if needed)
2 tbsps raw cacao powder
¼ tsp pink Himalayan sea salt 
¼ tsp pure vanilla

Blend until thoroughly blended. Pour into 1 qt canning jar and put into refrigerator until thoroughly chilled.

You could use unsweetened almond milk that is store bought if you like. All of the rest of the ingredients will be the same.
