Last week I was in the produce section of Costco and caught a wiff of the peaches. They smelled so delicious I knew I needed to make some peach nice cream.
This version isn’t my usual green. I wanted you all to see the peaches so I left the greens out but you are free to add them if you want. Just start with 1 heart of romaine and blend it down with about 1/4 cup of water before adding in the bananas and peaches.
Ingredients:
4 frozen bananas broken in pieces
2 cups frozen peaches
1 cup of fresh peach cut into small pieces
1/4 cup of water
You could use a food processor for this recipe. When using a food processor for banana nice cream it will go through a few stages before being completely done. First stage is crumbles, then more like hard packed ice cream and finally soft serve.
Put all ingredients except the fresh peach pieces into your Vitamix and blend. Use your tamper stick to push the frozen fruit down. When completely blended put into a large bowl and stir in fresh peach pieces.
I sprinkled hemp seeds over the top of ours and it was delicious.
